EASY NOTES provides this standard functionality for all archiving requirements in your groupware environment.
Retrieval made easy
Access your archived Notes documents via your customary Notes interface. Display documents either via the link remaining in the database or out of the customized search hit list. Information from non-Notes EASY archives is provided by the EASY NOTES File Manager via a Notes client. The view of EASY archives is user-defined, hit lists are displayed in the EASY NOTES database, and selected EASY archive files are displayed via the Notes Viewer. Using the EASY NOTES File Manager, all EASY archive information is available under the Lotus Notes/Domino interface. Installing additional applications on desktops is unnecessary which facilitates fast and spread use of your archives even in complex environments.

EASY NOTES ensures safe access to archived documents. Each document can be assigned concrete properties such as owner, editor, and rights. According to the user's requirements, documents have fixed index fields taken from the Lotus Notes documents. A uniform full text index enabling search in the entire document in addition to field-specific search is added to the entire document content. Through its innovative features, EASYWARE is the perfect extension to Lotus Notes. Initially, documents are processed by Notes, then stored in EASY ARCHIVE. Thus the Notes data pool remains clear and fast, while still having access to revisionproof stored documents within seconds.
EASY NOTES SCAN
Integrating the EASY Scanner Remote Control into the Lotus Notes environment allows you to scan directly to the current, open Notes document, eliminating any workaround methods via third-party imaging software including subsequent import.
